Koa Villa

Koa Villa has three beautiful bedrooms with plenty of space to lounge. Each room comes equipped with either a king size bed or two twin beds, depending on your preference. Each room features wooden fixtures, minimal decoration and an elegant design in the same modern aesthetic as other areas of the concrete chalet. Each bedroom has a lovely study, which is perfect for reading a book while enjoying the beautiful views of the chalet.

The wide glass windows allow the warm sun to shine through. Two guest bedrooms with all the necessary amenities are located in the lower level. The master bedroom, which is on the upper level of the premises with a walk-in closet, has an ensuite bathroom with the same amenities as the guest bathrooms such as spacious showers and bathtubs.

Koa Villa's wooden exterior designs are clean and crisp and blend in perfectly with the surrounding environment, regardless of whether it is snowing or not. The balcony, located in the living room on the upper level, is perfect for taking in the stunning landscapes of the surrounding estate while enjoying a cup or tea. You will be captivated by the breathtaking views from your own home, whether it is the snow-capped mountains in winter or the scarlet-gold foliage of fall or even the lush and dense forest of spring. If you plan to drive during your stay in Niseko, a private garage will be available for your convenience.

The modern chalet offers two communal living spaces, one on each floor. This allows guests to have their choice of comfort and convenience.
