The extra-high ceilings give the property an air of openness, while the subtle colors are reminiscent of the traditional Japanese colours that complement the landscapes. The Panorama apartment is a 3 bedroom (2 BR + studio) located on the 6th floor (the top of the building) with a stunning view of Mt Yotei. It can comfortably accommodate 8 people. The apartment is furnished with the same superior furniture and fixtures as the other apartments in the building. The Maples complex has amenities geared towards residents, including a ski room and onsite cafe. There is also ski in/ski out access. The main street in Hirafu Village offers all the amenities that you'd expect from a world-class resort including childcare, ski lessons, shopping, massages, and more.
The bedrooms are also very spacious. All bedrooms have a walk-in closet, safe, and TV with bluetooth speaker. The ensuite bathrooms are equipped with high-quality fixtures and premium toiletries. There is enough room in the rooms to accommodate an extra bed, a Japanese futon or a crib. The rooms have large windows that allow you to take in the scenery.
The apartment is located on the side of the Ace Family lift which provides easy and quick access to Center Four Quad. Enjoy delicious food at the Maples complex's Three Tree Cafe and Roketto Restaurants.
The apartment's interiors are characterized by simple, light and airy colors, natural materials, and floor-to-ceiling windows that let in the natural light from the ski slopes. This enhances the bright and alpine ambience. Relax on the large, designer L-shaped sofa and enjoy the postcard perfect views of Mount Yotei. Dining at the large, custom-made dining table that seats eight people is a pleasure. The designer kitchen, which is located across the dining room, has a variety of Japanese appliances, including a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, and tea & coffee facilities. The studio comes with its own kitchenette.
Communal Areas
During your stay, our friendly concierge team is available to help you in any way possible. The reception desks are open in both winter and summer. They can also help you arrange for ski lessons or rhythm rentals (only available in winter), which are separate fees. The concierge can arrange for a baby chair, crib or extra tatami at an additional cost. The house is cleaned every two days by our hardworking housekeepers. A mid-stay clean takes place every four days.
The Maples Niseko, located in the centre of Niseko, is just a few minutes' walk from the most popular restaurants, shops, bars and eateries. The Maples Niseko is located just a few minutes walk from the Welcome Centre and shuttle stops. Not far from the apartment is the best-stocked pharmacy and supermarket in the area.
