Loft Niseko 301 has three luxurious bedrooms that offer unmatched views through full-length windows. They are also equipped with glass fencing to ensure safety. There are three bedrooms, one of which has a master bedroom with a double-sized bed and an emerald-green headboard. The other two have either a single bed or a double. Simple decor and rich colours make these bedrooms very accessible. Each bedroom has a private ensuite with amenities and toilets that are separate. Toiletries, towels and hair dryers are available, as well as washing/drying facilities. These cozy bedroom features are perfect for a good night’s sleep after a long tiring day.

Loft Niseko 301 is a part of a combined property that contains four suites each on a different floor. The best of Niseko is right outside your door in Hirafu Village. Hirafu never disappoints, whether you are skiing on Mt. Yotei or strolling through the village. You can enjoy a cool and restful holiday in the snowy landscape. A combined window/balcony system with glass fencing lets you enjoy fresh air and winter sun from the comfort of your own home.

Loft Niseko 301 is renowned for its floor-to-ceiling glass windows, which offer a breathtaking view of Mt. Yotei. You can enjoy the uninterrupted views and relax on the dusty-blue couch in the living room, which is warm thanks to the fireplace. The white walls, blush-colored interiors, and panelled wood wall elevate the space into a modern one. The adjacent wall has a TV so that you can watch your favorite shows or enjoy a movie.

The open-plan area has a six-seater table and mesh-wire pendant lighting above. The living room also houses the fully equipped kitchen, making it a more accessible and inclusive family space while you enjoy the breathtaking views of the mountains. The kitchen is modern, luxurious, and spotless. It has a Nespresso Machine that guests love, as well as other amenities such a microwave/oven/refrigerator, rice cooker, etc. The counter space is ample so that you can move about without bumping into each other.

The winter concierge at Loft will not only help you book tours and private transportation, but can also give you advice on the best ways to spend your time in Niseko. Private cars can be used to store your ski equipment and transport you from and to the ski lifts, as well as other parts of the village. Parking is available for your car or you can take the free shuttle. Check-in begins at 3PM and check-out at 10AM. A late check-out may be possible, but is subject to the availability of parking.
