The first floor is home to a king-sized room that also doubles as the entryway of the chalet. It also houses the media room, the laundry room and the separate communal toilet. On the middle floor is a beautifully furnished room with an en suite bathroom. The floor also houses the large kitchen, dining and living area. Three luxurious bedrooms are located on the upper floor. One of the rooms has a private bathroom, while the others share a toilet and bathroom. Three luxurious bedrooms are located on the top floor, one of which has an en-suite bathroom while the other two share a bathroom and toilet. These cozy bedroom features are perfect for a good night’s sleep after a long tiring day.

Genkan (entrance hall) is a spacious hallway that welcomes you to your home. You can then proceed to the ski drying room, which has been designed to accommodate all of your equipment and boots. After a day of exploration, retreat into warmth and comfort. Warm up in front of a gas fireplace by snuggling up on a plush leather crescent-shaped sofa, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows.
In the fully-equipped kitchen, you can create mouth-watering creations that will delight your senses. Enjoy your creations once they are ready in the cozy and spacious dining room that can comfortably seat 13 people. The media/games area downstairs is equipped with a state-of-the art entertainment system and sound system. It also has a large library of DVDs, CDs, and books to keep everyone entertained.
You will be greeted with "Omotenashi" hospitality by our professionally trained concierge. You can ask for additional requests for your holiday experience, such as renting sleeping cots, high chairs, safety gates, childcare for your children, tours, dining arrangements, catering services, car rentals, ski lessons...and more, all at an additional charge.
Konayuki's central location means that it is close to many attractions and conveniences. Most are accessible by foot. The free shuttle bus of the village is right outside its door, while the Ace Family Ski Lift can be reached in 15 minutes by foot.
The Barn is located right across the street and offers a unique Niseko dining opportunity. The place is open until late, and they have a late happy hour where you can get a draft beer or a selected cocktail. Niseko Yummy's Pizza is a minute away from delicious wood-fired pizzas. Ezo Seafood Bar is also a short walk away. It was a favorite with the late Anthony Bourdain. Enjoy a fine dining experience at the Michelin-starred French Restaurant, Kamimura, just a few steps away.
Seicomart or Lawson’s is also just a short walk away from the chalet. You can buy delicious Japanese snacks, drinks, and other essentials at your leisure. But don't overspend! The Niseko Ski and Snowmobile School is only a few minutes away, while the NAC Adventure Park, which has year-round activities, can keep the whole family entertained (kids in particular).
