Joyce has four bedrooms. Three are on the first floor and one is on the second. The first bedroom has two single beds which can be combined to form a king-size. Large windows allow for a lot more light, and they also provide a wonderful view of the snowy landscape. The bathroom has a bathtub. The bedroom two features two single beds which can be pushed together into a king size bed. This gives the chalet more versatility. The bathroom and a separate WC are shared with the third bedroom. This bedroom also features two single beds which can be combined to form a king size bed.

The bedroom four is located on the upper or first floor. The luxurious master bedroom features two single beds which can be combined to make a king size bed. The master bedroom also features a large wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with his and hers wash basins as well as a bathtub and separate shower. These cozy bedroom features are perfect for a good night’s sleep after a long tiring day.

The chalet is situated in a quiet area with mature trees that add to its Alpine charm. The concrete chalet has an outdoor porch that leads to it, and a balcony with access on the first level from the living area. This luxury ski chalet is entered through the genkan or porch. Off the genkan, there is a room to store ski equipment. The ground floor also has three bedrooms and a laundry with washing machine. There is also a separate bathroom and WC.

Joyce is a large open-plan living and dining room that's also cosy. Hardwood floors and vaulted-ceilings create the feeling of being in an Alpine Chalet, while large windows allow you to enjoy the stunning Niseko landscape with Mt Yotei as a backdrop. The living room has a large stone fireplace with a log burner, as well as two sofas, easy chairs, and beanbags. Netflix is available on the TV, and it has a DVD player. There is also high-speed internet wireless access. A gorgeous wooden dining table seats eight adults. Joyce has a fully-equipped modern kitchen with a 4-burner gas cooker, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and a large working surface. Separate island with seating and a sink.
